5. What advice do you have for women seeking a career in construction?
I encourage women to look for a career in construction. It is definitely a man’s world at the moment, however women are making strides! I love to see women supporting women! I was super proud of Katy Yoder and Felicia Anderson as they became Project Managers! Also Shauntey Jenkins, Amanda Stancil, Edith Ascencio and Jeniffer Fereira are standouts in the field. These women are an inspiration to others. That is the best way to encourage women to join our field. If they see other women working hard, gaining success~ the sky’s the limit!
