The Beth El Synagogue in La Jolla, California, can rest assured their congregation members are safe thanks to #TeamHelix and the installation of a new state-of-the-art security system. Congregation Beth El is a synagogue whose mission is to create a home for every soul by offering a variety of Jewish experiences to nourish the mind, heart, and spirit. The synagogue made the decision to install a fence and camera security system to supplement and assist the security officers on the campus. This will help maintain safety and comfort for members, providing peace of mind during services and programs.

The low voltage and electrical elements of the fence security system were managed by #TeamHelix. This project helps control access to Beth El’s campus, which includes three schools in addition to the synagogue, and provides an increase in the visibility of their security level. Beth El’s board came to Helix for this project because they had confidence in our team’s ability to get the project done well and completed on time, even with a tight deadline of August 2021. We are grateful to have the opportunity to serve our community and help ensure the safety of congregation members.
