West Hollywood Edition Hotel and Residences

Partnered with executive designer John Pawson and world renowned hotelier Ian Schrager, The Edition is one of the most luxurious boutique hotels in all of Los Angles. The 441,300 square foot, 14-story, luxury hotel and residences consists of 140 guest rooms including 48 suites with 2 penthouses as well as 20 spacious residential condos. Indoor and outdoor living are sophisticatedly intertwined in the residences while providing panoramic views of Los Angeles. There are two rooftop infinity pools, one exclusively designated for residents and one for hotel guests, along with a rooftop bar and lounge.

Other amenities include a full-service restaurant with a highly-acclaimed executive chef, a 24-hour fitness room and a helipad. The basement level has a nightclub and a full-service spa. The project offers over 6,500 square feet of meeting and event space in the ballroom as well as meeting and banquet halls which are perfect for private events, luncheons, dinner parties and business meetings. Residents can take advantage of a private entrance and lobby. The lobby features floor-to-ceiling windows and natural lighting along with an adjacent outdoor lounge.
