The Boro

The Boro is a 1.7 million square-foot mixed-use complex with 677 residential units in three residential towers – Rise, Bolden,  and Verse ranging in size from 12 to 32 stories. The project also includes the construction of one five-story office tower and two levels of below-grade parking. The scope of work also includes street-scaping, high-end finishes, and an outdoor amenity space on the ninth floor terrace connecting the residential towers.
