Park Lane

The iconic Park Lane is being revitalized into Reno’s newest city center. Once the local shopping mall in its 1967 heyday, Park Lane will now be home to Reno’s most coveted luxury apartments, hotel, and shopping. The new development consists of a 4-story, 65,000 sq. ft. commercial building with 83 units and a 5-story, 103,814 sq. ft. building with 141 units and another with 116 units. Park Lane also features a fitness room, rooftop amenity deck, leasing areas and an outdoor pool area.
