Helix Electric Announces Completion of Multifamily Project in Downtown Las Vegas

LAS VEGAS—Helix Electric, the largest merit shop electrical contractor in Nevada, is pleased to announce the recent completion of shareDowntown, a luxury apartment complex located in the Las Vegas Arts District. For this project, Helix completed design-assist scope in the four-story main structure, providing all lighting and gear necessary for the 63 luxury suites. Additionally, Helix installed a design-build solar system for the building.
“We are honored to have been the electrical contractor for shareDowntown,” said Lee Taylor, project manager for Helix Electric. “Our team worked alongside the project general contractor and subcontractors in the installation of the lighting and solar system for the apartment complex, ensuring the project remained on-schedule. It is rewarding to see the developer’s initial vision come to fruition.”
Helix Electric began working on this project in September 2019, completing the entire scope of work in July 2020. Located in the heart of the bustling downtown Las Vegas Arts District, shareDowntown will offer residents close proximity to galleries, restaurants, shops and more. The property offers a wide range of upscale community amenities including a courtyard, zen room, and fitness areas, among other unique features within each unit.
