This month at Helix Electric we are humbled and honored to be celebrating 35 years in business. Our founder, Gary Shekhter, immigrated from the former Soviet Union with a dream and a strong desire to succeed. This dedication to success fueled the opening of Helix in 1985 and has continued to shape our company culture, growing it into a place where all employees are empowered to own their growth.

Over the past 35 years, our company and Helix family has grown, making us one of the largest electrical contractors in the United States. We are proud to serve the community and provide employment for over 2,000 people in 9 different locations, spanning coast to coast from Hawaii to Washington, D.C. Our talented employees are at the heart of our success.
